THE HATTON GOLD RING GUIDE

The details that make it yours.

Start with what you like. We will help you understand how the metal, shape and width change the way a wedding ring looks and feels.

Find your metal.

Colour is only the beginning. Weight, maintenance and the way a metal wears also matter.

Yellow gold

Warm and familiar. Compare the 9ct and 18ct options listed for your chosen design.

White gold

A white precious-metal look. Ask us about the alloy, any rhodium finish and future maintenance for the specific piece.

Rose gold

A warmer, rosy colour. A personal alternative to yellow or white gold.

Platinum

Naturally white, with a substantial feel. Its surface develops character through everyday wear.

Tantalum

Naturally dark grey and reassuringly weighty. Choose it for its understated colour and substantial presence. Non-stock sizes can take up to six weeks before dispatch.

Titanium

Noticeably light on the hand, with a modern grey appearance. A good starting point if a lighter-feeling wedding ring appeals to you.

GETTING THE FIT RIGHT

Your size is worth a conversation.

Have your finger measured in the width and profile you intend to wear. Your ring should feel secure without being uncomfortable, and pass over the knuckle with some resistance.

Our online selector uses UK letter sizes, including half sizes. If you know a size from another system, or need a size outside the selector, contact us before ordering.

Do not rely on a photograph, an on-screen ruler or an assumed conversion for such an important purchase. Ask about the sizing and resizing options for the specific metal and design.
